In case you do not already know, it is Halloween on Thursday! So, I am posting this video from Kristina for you to prepare (for any parties) in case you want to give the Trick or Treaters something healthy and fun (and better than sweets).
My body is reacting to the awful weather here by developing a sore throat. (I usually get 6+ per year, previously masked by medicine, but this one I am riding out with food, rest and water) So I am making this post quick so I can go rest in bed!
